GDPR & Data Requests
Last updated: August 17, 2026
If you are in the EU or UK, data protection law gives you rights over your personal data. We hold almost none of it, but this page explains those rights and how to exercise them.
01What Data We Process
The only personal data PCDriverMax knowingly processes is what you choose to send through the contact form, typically your name, email address, and message. We use it solely to read and reply to you. We do not build profiles, run advertising trackers, or sell data to anyone.
02Legal Basis
When you send a message, we rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our educational material. Because contacting us is entirely optional, you can use the entire site without providing any personal data at all.
03Your Rights
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to have inaccurate data corrected.
- The right to have your data erased.
- The right to restrict or object to our processing.
- The right to data portability where it applies.
04How to Make a Request
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form using the email address you originally wrote from, so we can locate your message. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and without charge. See our Data Retention policy for how long we keep messages.
05Complaints
If you feel we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. We would, however, always welcome the chance to put things right first.
