Data Retention
Last updated: August 17, 2026
We keep as little as possible, for as short a time as possible. Contact messages stay only as long as they are useful for the conversation, and there is nothing else to retain.
01Our Approach
PCDriverMax is built around collecting almost nothing. We do not run accounts, newsletters, or advertising systems, so there is very little data to retain in the first place. What little we do hold, we keep only while it serves a clear purpose.
02Contact Messages
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by our email provider and kept for the time it takes to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up. Once a conversation is clearly finished, we remove messages we no longer need.
03Technical Logs
Our hosting and network provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as request information, to keep the site running and secure. These are handled under that provider's own retention practices and are not used by us to identify or profile individual readers.
05Deletion Requests
You can ask us to delete a message you have sent at any time through the contact form, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for a genuine legal reason.
